What kind of life do you want?

We start by asking: What changes do we expect from smart cities? We brainstorm and organize ideas, focusing on "mobility" within food, clothing, housing, and transportation. Transportation is vital for a city's development, driving urban renewal and modernization.

Post-pandemic Challenges & Opportunities

Upon deciding to focus on "mobility", we started gathering information about Maas to understand the challenges and opportunities of Taiwan's transportation services. We also discovered a rise in private transportation usage and a decline in public transportation post-pandemic. To address this gap, we aim to integrate transportation with lifestyle and travel services, catering to the needs of tourists for a richer experience. Analyzing popular app features and people's lifestyle demands, we incorporate feasible solutions into our product.

Competitive Analysis

We study websites and apps from both domestic and international markets, analyzing their product flows and functionalities. We reference features related to tourism, commuting, and lifestyle shopping, and proceed to develop product architecture and create wireframes.

Main Features of the Product

Unlike typical travel and transportation apps, we integrate lifestyle features to offer a richer travel experience. Our product will provide the following features:

Thinking in Sustainable Planning

Due to the company's background in manufacturing electric buses, I am incredibly excited to engage in product development related to transportation and urban projects through this initiative! Sustainable development and urban planning are critical issues that future cities must consider. We need to explore how to promote connectivity and development between cities through transportation, and how to make life more convenient through the planning and integration of public transportation. Each discussion and research session feels like opening a new world, helping me gain diverse perspectives on these topics. This project also paves the way for the upcoming iBus initiative, which aims to promote local transportation and tourism experiences in Kaohsiung.
